  • Oversight of set-up and tear-down (you are only responsible for transporting personal or DIY items to and from the site).

Final pricing is based on guest count, travel needs, complexity, and event scope. Travel outside a 75-mile radius of the Stateline area will include lodging, mileage or airfare, and a daily per diem for both your lead planner and assistant.
